郑州中学生学习焦虑状况研究

摘    要:
目的 了解中学生学习焦虑的状况及影响因素。方法 应用心理健康诊断量表(MHT)对郑州市城乡1994名中学生进行学习焦虑诊断测试。结果 中学生学习焦虑检出率为6.20%,其中男5.06%,女7.26%;对学习焦虑量表分均值进行比较时发现有女地男、乡高于城,普通班主同于重点班的趋势,不同年级比较时以高三、高一及初二较高。结论 繁重的课业学习、考试压力与学习焦虑有关;学习成绩相对对较差、非重点班学生由于其学习名次、地位等心理挫折更易产生自卑、焦虑情绪,对这些学生应给予更多的鼓励、帮助和心理支持。

Abstract:
Objective To study anxiety state about learning of middle school students and its influencing factors. Methods Mental health testing was used to assess anxiety about learning among 1994 middle school students in Zhengzhou city and suburbs. Results Approximately 6.02% of the students (males, 5.06% and females, 7.26%) were anxious for their learning, the mean scores for anxiety in females were higher than in males, in suburbs were higher than in city and in common classes were higher than in key classes respectively. Significant differences were found in the mean scores for anxiety among different grades, senior school students at the third and first grades and the secondary grade junior school students had higher the mean scores. Conclusion Heavy schoolwork and pressure of exams were related to anxiety. Mental frustration due to underachievement and studying in common class were likely to lead to self-abasement and anxiety in middle school students, so more encouragement, help and mental support must be given to the students with anxiety about learning.
