超声波作用下家兔肌肉组织的温度及形态学变化

摘    要:
本实验发现0.8MHz超声连续波固定法作用于家兔肌肉较丰富的组织时,单次作用较长时间,中等强度超声也可引起该部位肌肉组织明显的形态学变化;因固定法产生驻波,弱强度也可能造成较严重的组织损害,本文提示:连续波超声治疗应尽量避免使用固定法。此外,连续波超声治疗中超声声头及耦合剂的温度变化对组织的影响不容忽视。

Abstract:
0.8 MHz continuous ultrasonic wave was used in examination of musculature of the rabbit for 15 minutes. We found a dose of modest energy could result in significant histological changes in the musculature. By using standing wave, a weak energy dose of ultrasound might also result in histological damage in case of using fixed method of ultrasound treatment. We conclude that it is necessary to avoid using fixed method of continuous wave ultrasound in treatment of disease, and that the influences of coupling agent and the temperature of ultrasonic detector on musculature should not be ignored.
