双功能彩色多普勒检查颅内血管

本文报告37例健康成年人颅内主要血管的双功能彩色多普勒检查结果。1例因颅骨过厚检查失败,其余36例大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉的检出率分别为100％(72/72);98.6％(71/72),88％(62/72)。大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉的检出率高于经颅三维多普勒,重复性检查中相关性好(r=0.92)。同时可检测各血管的峰值流速,平均流速、阻力指数、搏动指数、收缩期与舒张期流速比值。本研究表明:双功能彩色多普勒检查颅内血管可部分克服TCD的不足,有较好发展前途。

Detection of Intracranial Blood Vessel by Duplex Transcranial Color Doppler

The middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery of 37 healthy volunteers were examined by duplex transcranial color Doppler. The peak velocity and resistive indices were all successfully obtained except one because of thickening of the bony skull. The intracranial vessel detection rates were as follows: MCA 100% (72/72), ACA 98.6% (71/72), PCA 88% (62/72), being higher than transcranial Doppler scanning. The relativity was good (r = 0.92) in repetitive examination. The intracranial anatomy and real-time blood flow could be visualized by duplex transcranial color Doppler. This technique is promising to overcome the shortcomings of TCD.
