癫痫患儿视频脑电图的监测与护理

视频脑电图(Video-electroen cephalngram,V-EEG)已广泛应用于临床,在癫痫的诊断和鉴别诊断中发挥了不可替代的作用.我科室于2006年6月～2007年6月对245例患儿进行了V-EEG监测.V-EEG监测的护理关键问题是监测前要做好患儿和家长的准备工作,取得家长及患儿的积极配合.在整个监测过程中,要及时发现和处理监测过程中出现的各种问题,正确识别伪差,为医生的诊断提供可靠的依据.

Monitoring nursing of using V - EEG for 245 case children with epilepsy

Video-electroen cephalogram (V-EEG) has been widely applied to clinic. It plays a un-replaceable role in diagnosing epilepsy. 245 children had been monitored by V - EEG from June to July 2007. The key problem of monitoring nursing is to do well some preparative work, which makes children and their parent un-derstand and cooperate in using V - EEG. In order to offer reliable gists for diagnosing, the nurse should duly find and dispose of various problems and correctly identify the counterfeit dispersion during monitoring nursing.
