克唑替尼致不良反应文献分析

目的：分析克唑替尼致不良反应（ADRs）的发生情况及特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：检索PubMed、维普数据库、中国知网数据库和万方数据库关于克唑替尼不良反应的文献并进行分析。结果：克唑替尼致ADRs的个案报道共30例次；其年龄分布以51~70岁年龄段较多（16例，53.3%）；多发生在用药后90 d内（29例，96.7%）；克唑替尼致ADRs累积器官位居前3位的分别为呼吸系统损害（32.3%）、胃肠系统损害（25.8%）和心律及心率紊乱（12.9%）。结论：临床医师和药师应了解克唑替尼致ADRs的规律和特点，加强用药监测，以减少不良反应的发生。

Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by crizotinib

OBJECTIVE To analyze general patterns and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by crizotinib and provide a reference for clinical medication.METHODS Pubmed, VIP, CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched for ADRs induced by crizotinib, and collected literatures were further analyzed statistically.RESULTS Thirty ADRs were identified and included. Patients of 51 to 70 years showed the highest incidence (n=16, 53.3%). ADRs of crizotinib frequently occurred within 90 days after medication (n=29, 96.7%). Top three ADRs of crizotinib were respiratory system damage (32.3%), gastrointestinal system damage (25.8%), heart rate and rhythm disorders (12.9%).CONCLUSION Clinicians and pharmacists should understand rules and characteristics of ADRs induced by crizotinib and strengthen monitoring on drug use to reduce ADRs.
