摘    要:
目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化脑宁胶囊中川芎和细辛混合挥发油的提取工艺。方法:以挥发油提取率为指标,以溶剂用量、提取时间及浸泡时间为因素,设计星点实验;分别采用多元线性方程及二项式方程拟合实验结果,绘制三维效应面图及二维等高线图,确定因素最佳取值范围。结果:二指标与因素的关系均适合采用二项式方程拟合(r=0.985 0,P<0.01);实验结果与模型预测值偏差小。结论:星点设计-效应面法用于优化川芎和细辛挥发油的提取工艺条件稳定、可行。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction of volatile oil from Ligusticum wallichii and Asarum by central composite design (CCD) and effect surface method (ESM) in Naoning Capsules.METHODS To make CCD, extract ratio of volatile oil was identified as target, consumption of solvent, extracting time and soaking time were fixed as factors. To fit test result and find out optimal range of factor values, multivariate linear equation and binomial equation were applied to draw 3D effect surface and 2D contour map, respectively.RESULTS It was suitable to fit target and factors by binomial equation (r=0.985 0, P<0.01). Deviation of test and model predictive values was 0.39%.CONCLUSION CCD and ESM are suitable for extraction of volatile oil from Ligusticum wallichii and Asarum.
