婴幼儿硬腭吸附异物8例临床分析

目的探讨婴幼儿硬腭吸附异物的原因及精疗方法。方法对2001—2005年广州市儿童区院口腔科就诊的8例硬腭吸附异物患儿进行治疗和随访。结果8例患儿均在门诊无麻醉下次性取出异物，未出现并发症。结论婴幼儿硬腭异物存留与其口腔解剂结构及行为趋势相关，预防是关键．一旦发现应尽早将其取出。

Clinical Analysis on Cases of Foreign Body Absorbed on Hard Palate in 8 Infants

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of foreign body absorbed on hard palete in infants. Methods Eight cases, aged from 8 months to 20 months, with foreign body absorbed on hard palate were analyzed. Results All of the foreign bodies were taken out successfully in out-patient department, and no side effect was found. Conclusion Foreign body absorbed on hard palate is related to oral anatomy and infant behavior. Once it happens, the foreign body should be extracted as soon as possible.
