腹腔镜胆囊切除术的术中配合与护理探讨

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的术中配合与护理.方法 选择实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者80例,在常规护理的基础上对其做好术前准备及术中配合护理.结果 80例患者均顺利完成手术,治愈出院,无并发症出现;平均手术时间为（55.6±6.9）min;平均住院时间为5.52±1.01d.结论 LC技术要求手术室护理人员做好物品、设备、器械准备,并在此基础上熟练掌握器械及设备的用法及操作步骤,与医师紧密配合,以此保障患者手术的质量.

Discussion on Intraoperative Coordination and Nursing in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate intraoperative cooperation and nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods 80 cases of patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected and performed pre- operative preparation and intraoperative care based on conventional nursing. Results The patients in this group were treated with surgery successfully, cured and discharged from hospital, without complications. The average operation time accounted for 55.6±6.gmin and the average length of stay was 5.52±1.01d. Conclusion In LC, the nursing staff of oper- ating room is required to prepare items, equipments and instruments, skillfully master the use and operation steps of instru- ment and equipment and cooperate with the physician so as to ensure the quality of operation for the patient.
