乳腔镜手术对乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及肿瘤生长相关指标影响的研究

目的：研究乳腔镜手术对乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及肿瘤生长相关指标的影响。方法：选取2010年2月至2013年3月采用腔镜辅助手术治疗的38例乳腺癌患者作为观察组，同期行开放手术治疗的38例患者作为对照组，对比分析两组患者手术前后的生存质量、血清肿瘤标志物及肿瘤生长相关指标。结果：两组患者手术前后血清肿瘤标志物及肿瘤生长相关指标差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组患者术后指标均低于术前；观察组生存质量优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：乳腔镜手术对乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及肿瘤生长相关指标的影响值得肯定，且其微创特点更具优势．有助于术后患者生存质量的改善。

Study on the influence of mastoscopic operation on the serum tumor markers and tumor growth factors of breast cancer

Objective：To observe and study the influence of mastoscopic operation on the serum tumor markers and tumor growth factors of breast carcinoma. Methods：From Feb. 2010 to Mar. 2013,38 patients,who suffered from breast carcinoma and were treated with mastoseopic operation,were enrolled into the observation group,38 patients who underwent open operation at the same time were assigned into the control group, then the quality of life, serum tumor markers and tumor growth factors of two groups before and af- ter the operation were compared. Results：All the serum tumor markers and tmnor growth factors before and ＇after the operation had no significant differences between the two groups （P 〉 0.05） , while the data of two groups after the operation were all lower than those be- fore the operation. Quality of life in observation group was better than that in control group, the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： The influence of mastoscopic operation on the serum tumor markers and tumor growth factors of breast carcinoma is worthy of affirmation, and its minimally invasive characteristic has more advantages, so it is more helpful for the improvement of the life quality.
