缺血性脑卒中二级预防的用药依从性及其影响因素研究

目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中二级预防用药依从性状况及其影响因素.方法 选取360例缺血性脑卒中患者,收集并分析基本资料、二级预防药物使用情况、可能影响依从性的因素.结果 缺血性脑卒中患者应用降脂药依从性低,相关危险因素为受教育水平、经济条件、城乡差异、卒中次数以及是否并发高脂血症相关.结论 缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防用药依从性低,需加强对患者和医生的二级预防教育,加快农村的经济发展,提高其用药依从性.

Study on the Influential Factors and Compliance of Medication in Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke

Objective To investigate the status of medication therapy in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke and identify＇ the influential factors, and then provide clues for improving the secondary prevention. Methods 360 cases of ischemic stroke patients in our hospital were admitted into the test, analyze and collect all basic data, application of medica- tion and possible factors influencing the compliance. Results The compliance of lipid-lowering in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke was low, the level of education, economic condition, the difference between urban and rural areas, stroke frequency and hyperlipidemia history were risk factors. Conclusion The compliance of medication in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke was low, the secondary prevention health education to stroke patients and clinicians should be strengthened, and the level of rural economy should be improved, in order to improve the compliance of medication.
