妊娠期高血压疾病的分子生物学研究进展

摘    要:妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)病因至今还不十分明确。目前认为HDCP的发病起源于胎盘的病理生理改变,此改变进一步导致全身血管内皮细胞损伤和功能异常,从而引起一系列HDCP的临床症状。这些病理改变是多种因素共同作用所致,包括遗传因素、免疫因素、胎盘或滋养叶细胞因素、基因蛋白表达异常、钙离子的作用、血管内皮损伤、凋亡甚至更多,相关分子生物学研究取得了许多成果。

Abstract:The cause of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP)is not very clear.It is currently considered that HDCP origins from the patho-physio changes of placenta,this kind of changes can further lead to the damage and disfunction of blood vessel endotheliocyte,and consequently,cause a serial of symptoms.This pathological character was caused by multi-factors including genetic factor,immune factor,placenta or nutrient cell factor,the abnormal expression of gene and protein,calcium ion,injure of blood vessel and apoptosis,etc.Much progression of molecular biological studies was made recently.
