| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩超对亚急性甲状腺炎病程分期在鉴别诊断及治疗中的意义。方法：对结合其它检查临床确诊的168例亚急性甲状腺炎进行常规彩色多普勒超声检查，部分患者声像图用光盘存储，治疗过程中动态观察分析。结果：根据声像图变化将病程分为三期，急性期，中期和恢复期，文中对各期声像图进行了描述。结论：彩超不仅可以对亚急性甲状腺炎作出正确诊断与鉴别诊断，而且根据声像图进行病程分期，对指导临床终止治疗，防止病情复发，同样具有十分重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the value of dividing phases by ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment for subacute thyroiditis.Methods:One hundred and sixty eight patients diagnosed as subacute thyroiditis clinically were examined with color Doppler flow imaging.Results:Three phases,acute,middle and recovery,were divided with ultrasound.The typical features of every phase were discussed.Conclusions:Ultrasound can help not only to diagnose subacute thyroiditis but also to distinguish its different phases useful for clinical treatment. |
