摘    要:目的研究15%吡·氯乳油对台湾乳白蚁、黑胸散白蚁的共毒系数和防治效果.方法采用毒力测定、击倒法(药膜法)、土壤法和木材试块接触法.结果 15%吡·氯乳油对台湾乳白蚁致死有明显的增效作用,共毒系数达216.88,0.15%以上浓度对台湾乳白蚁、黑胸散白蚁的击倒速度很快,台湾乳白蚁、黑胸散白蚁不能穿越用0.15%浓度处理过的土壤,用0.15%以上浓度处理过的木材对白蚁有很强的抗蛀能力.结论15%吡·氯乳油对台湾乳白蚁、黑胸散白蚁有很好的防治效果,可在白蚁防治上推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of 15% imidacloprid cypermethrin solution against termits.Methods Toxicity test,drug membrane, soil method and wood contacting method.Results 15% imidacloprid cypermethrin solution had good efficacy against Coptortermes formosanus Shiraki.The toxicity coefficient reached 216.88.The insecticide with concentration 15% above could kill Coptortermes formosanus shiraki and Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder rapidly.When spraying soil with 15% imidacloprid cypermethrin solution of 0.15% concentration,termites could not crawl across soil.Conclusion 15% imidacloprid cypermethrin solution had good efficacy against Coptortermes formosanus shiraki and Reticulitermes chinensis snyder.It should be generalized in termites control.
