| 摘 要： | 1990年1月至1995年10月，收治低位结肠完全性梗阻行一期手术切除12倒。其中，6例在术中行全肠道灌洗，另6例仅作切除病灶后近端减压，前者无并发症发生，后者发生肠瘘2例，切口疝1例，认为对低位结肠完全性梗阻的病人，只要对病例选择适当，术中肠道清洗彻底，一期手术切除是可取的。 |

ONE-STAGE EXCISION OF 12 CASES WITH COMPLETE LOW COLON OBSTRUCTION AND COMPLICATIONS |

| Abstract: | From January 1990 to October 1995, 12 patients with complete fow colon obstru-tion were operated by one-stage excision. Among these patients, 6 cases received complete colonicirrigation, while the other 6 cases were only decompressed proximal to the obstruction after exci-sion of their leisons. In the former 6 cases there were no complications. But in the later 6 casesthere were 2 cases of intestinal fistula and 1 case of incisional hernia. The result shows that withappropriate selected cases, and complete colonic irrigation, one-stage excision is a reasonable ap-proach in the treatment of low colon obstruction. |
