循证护理在冠状动脉造影术后卧床时间的应用

目的 运用循证护理,找出冠状动脉造影术后最佳的卧床时间。方法 将100例冠状动脉造影术患者作为实验组,沙袋压迫穿刺点,卧床并制动6h后进行床上活动,12h后床旁活动。另100例作为对照组,除卧床并制动24h外,余同实验组。结果 实验组穿刺点出血与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);实验组出现尿潴留、腰酸背痛、失眠等并发症明显少于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论 应用循证护理找出冠状动脉治疗术后最佳的卧床时间,并通过临床实践,表明改进后的护理方法可以显著降低术后并发症的发生,充分体现以人为本的护理理念。

Application of evidence-based nursing in finding the optimal bed duration after the coronary angiography

Objective To find the optimal bed duration after coronary angiography through the use of evidence-based care. Methods One hundred patients subject to coronary angiography were chosen as the experimental group, and sandbags were used to oppress puncture points. They were directed to take bed rest and restrict movement for 6 h, and then allowed bedside activities 12 h later. Another one hundred patients were chosen as a control group. They were directed to take bed rest and restrict movement for 24 h, and the rest were the same as the experimental group. Results The bleeding of puncture points in two groups had no significant difference （P〈0.05）, but incidence backaches, insomnia and other complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing can help to find out the optimal best bed duration after the coronary angiography,and clinical practice indicates that improving care methods can significantly reduce postoperative complications. It fully embodies the concept of people-centered care.
