| 摘 要： | 探讨老年肺癌外科治疗的特点,方法：对１９８３年至１９９９年我院收治的７９例老年肺癌的外科治疗进行了临床分析。结果：台性切除５４例占６８．４％,姑息性切除２２例占２７．８％,单纯开胸探查３例占３．８％。

| Abstract: | Objective:[WT5BZ]To study characteristics of surgical Treatment of the aged Lung Cancer.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]We analysis of surgical treatment of the aged lung cancer from 1983 to 1999 in our hospital.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The mode of performed consisted of:regular lobectomy 56 cases ,sleeve lobectomy 9 cases,pneumonectomy 6 cases,wedge and segmentectomy 5 cases,The overall resectability was 96.2%.operative morbidity was 21 cases (26.6%).and the 30 day mortality was 1 case(1.26%).a 5 yr survival rate of 35.6%.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Authors emphasize the substitution of pneumonectomy by sleeve lobectomy whenever identical radicality could be achieved.
