进展期胃癌术中腹腔温热化疗

目的;探讨腹腔温热化疗与进展期胃癌生存率的关系,方法：通过术中腹腔灌注４３度蒸馏水,１０００ｍｌ－２０００ｍｌ加丝裂霉素１０ｍｇ,约２ｈ后放开引流管引流,统计５年生存率。结果：在１８６例进展期胃癌腹腔温热化疗后５年生存率从１１．８％提高到３８．７％。结论：腹腔温热化疗可提高进展期胃癌５年生存率,且方法简单副作用少。

Objectives:[WT5BZ]Research on the relation between the celiac tepid chemotherahpy and the survival rate of the developmental stomache cancer victims.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]In the course of the operation,perfuse 1000ml-2000ml of 43c distilled water,plus 10mg of mmc.into the celio.Two hours later,relelease the drainage tube to let out the liquid.finally,take statistics of the five-year-long survival rate.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]Amonge the 160 cases,the five-year-long survival rate of the developmental stomache cancer victims is raised from 11.8 percent to 38.7 percent after the application of celiac tepid chemotheraphy.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The celiac tepid chemotheraphy can elevate the five-year-long survival rate of the developmental stomach cancer victims.The method is simple and it has little side effect.
