腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发急性胰腺炎临床分析

目的：分析４例腹腔镜胆囊切除（Ｌａｐａｒｏｓｃｏｐｉｃ ｃｈｏｌｅｃｙｓｔｅｃｔｏｍｙ，ＬＣ）术后并发的急性胰腺炎的原因，并提出预防措施。方法：对３５７６例ＬＣ术后并发的４例急性胰腺炎逐一进行介绍，就其原因、发病机理及处理、预后情况进行分析。结果：４例均行剖腹手术，术后配合其他治疗，死亡２例。与该并发症的相关因素：①早期的缺乏经验。②胆液外漏、胆石掉出。结论：ＬＣ术后并发的急性胰腺炎国内、外文献少

Clinical analyses of complicating acute pancreatitis after undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:[WT5BZ]To analyse the causes that 4 patients had acute cancreatitis during undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and advance brevent measures.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]To brief 4 patients who had acute pancreatitis during undergoing LC among 3576 cases and analyse the cause,pathogeny,treatment and condition of prognoses.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]4 cases performed other celiotomy after undergoing LC,they were given other treatment and 2 cases were death in this group.They were factors in causing acute pancreatitis.First factor was lack experiences.Second factor was leakage of bile and drop of gallstone.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]It was rarely reported by internal and external document.Once it occurs ,prognoses would be relatively poor.Doctors of operating abdominoscope should attach great importance of the matter.
