尿白蛋白排泄率对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断意义。方法：８６例糖尿病患者留取过夜１２ｈ尿，用放免法测定白蛋白的含量。结果：病程５年以下组测得ＵＡＥ值产高８例占１８．２％。５年以上组有１８例，升高占４２．９％。

Incipient diagnostic significance of urine albumer excretion rate to diabetic nephropathy

Objective:WT5BZ]To prove the incipient diagnostic significance of UAE to diabetic nephropathy.WT5HZ]Method:WT5BZ]Collect urine within 12 hours (including that during the night)of 86 patients with diabetes and determine the content of albnmin by means of radioactive immunoassy.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]UAE increase in 8 cases whose course was less than 5 years,and in 18 cases,whose course was more than 5 years.Their positive rates are 18.2 percent and 42.9 percent respectively.The level of UAE in the later group was higher than that in the former ,considerable statistic significance was found(p<0.05).WT5HZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ]UAE is a reliable parameter for incipient diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
