测定阴道液唾液酸酶活性诊断细菌性阴道病

目的;探讨测定阴道液唾液酸酶活性诊断细菌性阴道病的价值。方法：用ＩＢＸ４０４１试剂对细菌性阴道病患者５０例,正常成人３４例,共计８４例进行了检查,并与标准诊断作了对比研究。结果：阴道液唾液酸酶活性测定细菌性阴道病的敏感性为９２％,特异性为８２．３５％,检测结果与标准结果比较,差异无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：阴道液唾液酸酶活性测定诊断细菌性阴道病,操作简便,出结果快,阳性标准明确,适宜于临床筛查

Diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis by activity analysis of sialidase in vaginal fluid

Objective:[WT5BZ]To probe the value of the activity analysis of sialidase in vaginal fluid for the diagnosis of Bacterial Vaginosis(BV).[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]A total of 84 vaginal fluid swab specimens from both the 50 patients with BV and the 34 normal adult women were tested by reagent IBX4041 in contrast to the analysis by amsel Critera.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of BV by detecitions of the sialidase activity of vaginal fluid were 92% and 82.35%,respectively ,with no significant differences(P>0 05)from those by Amsel Criteria.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]The diagnosis of BV by activity analysis of sialidase in vaginal fluid withits easy-to-use,quickness,and unequivocally positive standards,is suitable for clinical screening.
