摘    要:目的:建立准噶尔乌头HPLC指纹图谱,为新疆准噶尔乌头质量控制提供方法学依据.方法:以正交试验方法多指标优化准噶尔乌头HPLC指纹图谱供试品前处理方法,建立准噶尔乌头HPLC指纹图谱,并对其主要色谱峰进行归属性鉴别.结果:建立的指纹图谱分离度好,稳定性高,得到准噶尔乌头4个特征峰,分别是苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱、乌头碱和未命名化合物1.结论:建立的准噶尔乌头HPLC指纹图谱供试品前处理方法和色谱条件可行、全面,为新疆准噶尔乌头质量控制奠定基础.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprints for Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.,provide methological basis for quality control of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.from Junggar,Xinjiang. METHODS Multi-index orthogonal design method was used to screen aconitum HPLC fingerprints and optimize chromatographic conditions,and establish HPLC fingerprint spectra of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf. RESULTS The established fingerprints had good separating degree and high stability,including four characteristic peaks, which respectively was benzoylaconine,benzoylhypacoitine,aconitine and unnamed compound 1.CONCLUSION The extraction process and chromatographic conditions for Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.are feasible,comprehensive,and the HPLC chromatographic fingerprints lays a certain methodological foundation for researches on Aconitum plants in Xinjiang.
