| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术的麻醉经验。方法:回顾分析2005年3月至2009年8月为12例患者行腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术的临床资料。12例中男5例,女7例。28～62岁,平均39岁。术前患者均服用哌唑嗪控制血压,并用相同的全身麻醉方式。结果:术前患者血压和心率控制平稳。所有手术均在腹腔镜下完成。麻醉时间60～200min,平均95min。术中分离肿瘤时,4例血压明显升高,1例心率增快。术中无低血压发生。所有患者均未发生严重并发症。结论:只要术前、术中、术后严密监测管理,全身麻醉下行腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术安全可行。
