推拿牵引联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果观察

目的：探讨推拿牵引联合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：选择我院2011年1月-2013年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组采用推拿牵引治疗,观察组在与对照组相同方法的基础上联合手法复位治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率97.92%,显著优于对照组77.08%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：推拿牵引联合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著,可以在临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by manipulation plus traction

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of manipulation and traction on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected from January 2011 to August 2013, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases in each groups. The control group was given manipulation and traction, and the observation group was given manual reduction therapy more. Efficacy was compared in two groups. Results： The total efficacy（97.92%） in the observation group was significantly better than that（77.08%）in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The manipulation and traction showed great clinical effects in treating lumbar disc herniation, and was worthy of clinical popularization.
