| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中西医结合治疗胆囊结石的疗效。方法：选择胆囊结石患者65例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，均行内镜微创保胆取石术，治疗组在此基础上中医治疗防治术后结石复发。结果：治疗组总有效率为94%；对照组总有效率为78%。结论：内镜微创保胆取石术创伤小、安全可靠，中药可预防结石复发。

Treating 65 cases of gallbladder calculi in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study effects of the integrative medicine on gallbladder calculi. Methods： 65 cases with gallstone were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, all were given endoscopic minimally invasive gall stone surgery, the treatment was given TCM therapy more for preventing postoperative. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 94%; in the control group, it was 78%. Conclusion： Endoscopic minimally invasive gall stone was safe and reliable, TCM medicine can prevent recurrence of stones. |
