推拿结合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察推拿结合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照法,将132例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各66例,均予以推拿治疗,治疗组在推拿治疗的基础上增加功能锻炼,观察两组病例近远期疗效及肩关节功能改善率等情况。结果：观察组治愈38例,好转25例,未愈3例,总有效率95.45%。对照组治愈20例,好转41例,总有效率92.42%,两组有效率对比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。同时,治疗组的远期疗效及功能改善率亦高于对照组。结论：推拿结合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效理想。

Cinical effective observation on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by massage

Objective： To observe clinical effects of massage plus functional exercise on periarthritis. Methods： 132 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 66 cases in each group were treated with massage therapy; the treatment group was given functional exercises more; efficacy and shoulder joint function improvement in two groups were observed. Results： In the observation group, 38 cases were cured, 25 cases were improved, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total efficiency was 95.45%. In the control group, 20 cases were cured, 41 cases were improved, the total effective rate was 92.42%. The total efficiency in two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. At the same time, long-term effect and function improvement rate in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Massage plus functional exercises showed good clinical effects.
