疏肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床价值分析

目的：分析疏肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床价值。方法：随机选取2013年1月-2014年1月收治的90例反流性食管炎患者，按照患者就诊时间分为治疗组和对照组，各45例。对照组实施常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规西药基础上联合使用疏肝和胃汤治疗，分析两组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.6%，对照组总有效率为84.4%；两组间对比，P〈0.05。治疗组治疗期间未出现不良反应，对照组出现1例恶心，1例皮疹，经对症处理好转。结论：疏肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，临床价值高，值得肯定。

A clinical analysis of treating reflux esophagitis with the Shugan Hewei decoction

Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of the Shugan Hewei decoction on reflux esophagitis. Methods： 90 patients were divided into two groups based on hospitalitization time, 45 cases for each, the control group was given routine western medicine, and another was given the Shugan Hewei decoction more. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment group was 95.6%, obviously higher than 84.4% in the control,P〈0.05. There was no adverse reaction in treatment group; while in the control group, 1 case of nausea and 1 case of rash were improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion： The Shugan Hewei decoction is good at treating reflux esophagitis, can significantly improve clinical symptoms with high clinical value, and is worthy of recognition.
