孕中期产前筛查临床应用分析

目的通过回顾性调查仪征市妇幼保健所孕中期产前筛查情况，探讨干预措施。方法选取2012年1月-2013年8月在仪征市妇幼保健所进行产前筛查的2440例孕妇，分析筛查结果，讨论产前筛查重要性。结果2440例产前筛查筛出高风险69例，其中唐氏综合征高风险50例（72．46％），羊水确诊依从性仅占84．06％，确诊1例唐氏患儿、1例神经管缺陷患儿、1例自然流产。随访低风险产前筛查结果的孕妇，未发现唐氏综合征患儿，存在神经管缺陷患儿（1例脑积水、1例唇裂）。结论产前筛查是检查胎儿是否患有严重的遗传疾病或先天性缺陷的重要手段，可有效预防及减少先天缺陷儿的出生，并能降低产前诊断的流产等风险，但由于各种主观因素，产前筛查不能筛出所有异常儿。

Mid pregnancy clinical application of prenatal screening analysis

Objective to by retrospective investigation in yizheng city maternal and child care pregnant metaphase prenatal screening situation, explore the intervention measures. Methods Selection in January 2012 - August 2013 in yizheng city maternal and child care for 2440 cases of pregnant women in prenatal screening, screening results, discuss the importance of prenatal screening. Results 2440 cases of prenatal screening high-risk 69 cases, including Downs high-risk 50 cases, amniotie fluid confirmed compliance accounts for only 84.06% , 1 case of children with down syndrome diagnosis, 1 cases of children with neural tube defects, 1 case of spontaneous abortion. Low risk to pregnant women, prenatal screening results follow-up found no Downs of children, there are children with neural tube defects （ 1 case of hydrocephalus and 1 case of cleft lip）. Conclusion prenatal screening is to check whether the fetus is an important means of suffering from serious genetic disease or congenital defects, can effectively prevent and reduce the birth rate of congenital defects, and to reduce the risk of prenatal diagnosis of abortion, but because of various subjective factor, prenatal screening cant screen out all exceptions.
