高同型半胱氨酸与复发性流产的相关性研究

目的探讨孕妇血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与不明原因复发性流产的关系，以及应用B族维生素和叶酸对复发性流产者伴高同型半胱氨酸血症的治疗效果。方法复发性流产组48例，正常妊娠组30例，正常育龄妇女组30例，采用循环酶法分别检测各组血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果反复流产早孕组患者的血清Hcy水平均明显高于正常妊娠组和正常育龄妇女组（P〈0．05）；反复流产中孕组与正常妊娠组比较，Hcy水平有明显降低趋势（P〈0．01）；复发流产早孕组经过治疗后，Hcy水平明显低于治疗前（P〈0．01）。结论高同型半胱氨酸水平与复发性流产发病有相关性，实施合理的干预后可减少复发性流产的发生。

Correlation study between high homocysteine and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To explore the relationship between serum homocysteine （Hey） levels and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion, and to detect the treatment effect of applied Vitamin B and folio acid on recurrent abortion patients with hyperhomocysleinemia. Methods There were 48 patients in recurrent spontaneous abortion group, 30 cases as normal pregnancy group, 30 cases as normal childbearing age women group The levels of Hey were detected by cyclic enzymatic in each groups. Results The serum Hey level of recurrent spontaneous abortion group was much higher than normal pregnancy groupand normal childbearing age women group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of Hcy level in the repeated abortion of pregnant group was much lower than normal pregnancy group （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. The level of Hey in early recurrent spontaneous abortion group after treatment was much lower than pretherapy （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There was a close relationship between homocysteine and the incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion, high homocysteine levels can be used as a risk factor of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
