中西医结合治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将我院2011年6月-2013年6月期间收治的108例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为观察组和对照组（各54例）,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中医药治疗。结果：观察组疗效总有效率为85.2%,明显优于对照组的57.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用中西医结合治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效显著,能够明显提高心率,改善临床证候及心电图,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Effective observation on treatingchronic arrhythmia in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine onchronic arrhythmia. Methods： 108 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from June 2011 to June 2013. 54 cases in the control group were given western medicine. 54 cases in another group were given the integrative medicine. Results： In the observation, the total efficacy was 85.2%, and it was 57.4% in another group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Adverse reaction in the observation was less than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could obviously improve clinical effects, heart rate, clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram, and reduce adverse reaction, and is worthy of promotion.
