活血化瘀法治疗脑出血急性期106例临床观察

目的：探讨活血化瘀中药汤剂治疗脑出血急性期的疗效。方法：选取本院在2010年2月-2013年8月期间收治的脑出血急性期患者210例，随机分成治疗组106例，对照组104例，给予对照组患者脱水、降颅压、调整血压、脑细胞保护剂、自由基清除剂等常规治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予口服或鼻饲活血化瘀中药汤剂中风1号方，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效（P〈0.01）、血肿吸收率（P〈0.01）、是否并发脑梗死均明显优于对照组。结论：脑出血急性期的患者在常规治疗的基础上，加用活血化瘀中药汤剂治疗可以显著提高临床疗效，降低致残率，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating106 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage by the Huoxue Huayu therapy

Objective： To discuss effects of the Huoxue Huayu decoction on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 210 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （106 cases） and the control group （104 cases）; the control group was given routine treatment, while the treatment group was given the Huoxue Huayu decoction more, clinical effects were observed. Results： The total efficiency, the rate of hematoma absorption, and the cerebral complication in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Huoxue Huayu decoction could improve clinical effects, reduce disability, and is worthy of promotion.
