鸦胆子油乳配合化疗治疗脑转移瘤的临床观察

目的：观察鸦胆子油乳注射液联合替莫唑胺治疗脑转移瘤的疗效并进行分析。方法：41例患者随机分成观察组（21例）和对照组（20例）。观察组应用替莫唑胺加鸦胆子油乳注射液,并予支持治疗;对照组予最佳对症支持治疗。结果：观察组缓解率47.61%,对照组缓解率25.00%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后在临床症状、体征,生存质量及生存期方面均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：替莫唑胺联合鸦胆子油乳剂治疗脑转移瘤可提高患者的近期临床疗效,改善生存质量,延长生存期。

Clinical observation on treating brain metastases with javanica oil emulsion plus chemotherapy

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of javanica oil emulsion plus temozolomide on brain metastases. Methods： 41 patients were randomly divided into the observationgroup （n=21） and the control group （n=20）, the observation group was given javanica oil emulsion plus temozolomide and supportive treatment, while the control group was given symptomatic and supportive treatment. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group （47.61%） was significantly better than that （25.00%） in the control （P〈0.05）. Clinical symptoms, sign, survival quality and time in the observation group was better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Javanica oil emulsion plus temozolomide can improve clinical effects and life quality, and lengthen survival time.
