胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的疗效观察

目的：探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法：将80例室性早搏患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例给予稳心颗粒及胺碘酮联合治疗,对照组40例仅给予胺碘酮治疗,两组观察周期均为3周。治疗3周后,比较两组临床疗效及室性早搏数量的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者室性早搏数量均较治疗前有明显减少（P〈0.05）,而经过治疗后,组间相比较,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗室性早搏安全有效,不良反应少且可控,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating premature ventricular contractions with amiodarone plus the Wenxin granule

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone plus the Wenxin granule on premature ventricular contractions. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each; the treatment group was given amiodarone plus the Wenxin granule, while the control group was given amiodarone; clinical effects and the changes of premature ventricular contractions were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （95%） was significantly better than that （80%） in the control （P〈0.05）; the number of premature ventricular contractions with treatment was decreased （P〈0.05）, and the total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Wenxin granule plus amiodarone is safe and effective with no side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
