| 摘 要： | 报告38例酒精中毒性小脑变性，占同期小脑变性疾病的21％，均有长期饮酒史，主要表现为躯干及下肢共济失调。伴发周围神经病7例，陪拉格病3例。脑CT显示36例有小脑萎缩，以小脑蚓部萎缩为主，25例有大脑萎缩。其诊断根据长期饮酒史、小脑受损的表现及脑CT有小脑萎缩的改变。主要应与遗传性小脑型共济失调相鉴别。 |

| Abstract: | Presented in this paper is a report of 38 cases of alcoholic cerebellar degenera tion (ACD),which accounted for 21% of patients with cerebellar degeneration diagnosed in the corresponding period.All of them have admitted to a long-term use of alcohol.And their main clinic features included the ataxia in trunk and lower limbs, accompanied by peripheral neuropathies in 7 cases and Pellagra disease in 3 cases.The cramal CT showed cerebellar at rophy in 36 cases,predominantly in the worm of cerebellum,and cerebral atrophy in 25 cas es.The criteria of diagnosis consisted of long-term use of alcohol,the features of the dam aged cerebellum and cerebellar atrophy in cramal CT.It should be considered to distinguish ACD from hereditary cerebellar ataxia. |
