| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无创双水平正压通气(BiPAP)在重症支气管哮喘治疗中的应用价值。方法观察96例重症支气管哮喘患者(无创通气组)在传统内科治疗基础上运用BiPAP治疗2h后的显效率,并与单用传统内科方法治疗的61例患者(对照组)进行比较。结果治疗后,两组患者的显效率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bi-PAP是治疗重症支气管哮喘的有效方法,可有效缓解患者的症状,改善通气功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the value of BiPAP(bilevel positive airway pressure ventilation)in alleviating symptoms of acute bronchial asthma.Methods To observe 96 cases who were treated in the BiPAP in the base of traditional medical treatment after 2 hours,and compared the remission rate of 96 cases with the control group.The control group was made up 61 cases who were treated in the single traditional medical methods.Results After 2 hours' treatment,the remission rate of the group in BiPAP and medical treatment is higher than the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP is one of the effective methods,which can alleviate symptoms of patients and improve the ventilation function. |
