神经白塞氏病二例

目的了解神经白塞氏病的诊治情况。方法分析两例神经白塞氏病的诊断、治疗及随访临床资料。结果通过规范化使用激素、免疫抑制剂,患者预后均比较理想。结论神经白塞氏病的诊断主要来自临床症状、影像学等,目前治疗国内没有统一的具体的标准,其治疗主要使用肾上腺糖皮质激素和必要的免疫抑制剂。

Two cases patients with Neuro-Behcet's disease

Objective To better explore the condition of diagnosis and treatments of Neuro-Behcet＇s disease in domestic Methods The diagnosis and treatments, and the follow-up of two cases with typically Neuro-Behcet＇s disease were observed. Data were extracted and then analyzed. Results The treatment for patients was effective by normally using steroids and immunosuppressant. Conclusions Neuro-Behcet＇s disease is mainly diagnosed by clinical symptoms and imageology . Since there is no uniform and specific standards in domestic now, the treatment of Neuro-Behcet＇s disease is mainly refen＇ing to the use of adrenocorticosteroids and immunosuppressant.
