| 摘 要： | 目的:检测结肠癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白survivin的表达,分析survivin与结肠癌临床特征的关系. 方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测46例结肠癌组织和癌旁结肠组织中survivin的表达. 结果:46例结肠癌组织中survivin基因表达28例,癌旁结肠组织中无survivin基因的表达. Survivin的表达与结肠癌的发病年龄、性别、分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与结肠癌的转移有关联性(P<0.05). 结论:在结肠癌中survivin的表达能促进结肠癌的发生发展和转移.

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the expression of survivin and its relationship with the clinical feature of colon carcinoma.METHODS: In 46 specimens of colon carcinoma and adjacent non-cancerous colon tissues,the expression of survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: Of the 46 cases of colon carcinoma,28 cases expressed survivin but survivin was not detected in adjacent non-cancer ous colon tissues.The expression of(survivin) in colon carcinoma was not associated with the patients' age,gender and differentiated level(P>0.05),but with the(metastasis) of colon carcinoma(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The high expression of survivin in colon carcinoma suggests that it plays an important role in the development and metastasis of colon carcinoma. |
