| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC测定妇炎康复胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Shim-pack VP-0DS C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-0．2％磷酸溶液（45：55）为流动相；流速1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长280nm；柱温：30℃。结果：黄芩苷进样量在0．10～1．22μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．1％，RSD为1．7％（n=6）。结论：方法简便、灵敏、准确，能有效地控制妇炎康复胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Fuyan kangfu capsules by HPLC. Method： The Shim-pack VP-0DS C18 column （250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm ）was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.2% phosphoric acid solution （45： 55 ） ; the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ; the detection wavelength was 280 mn and the column temperature was 30℃. Result： The linear range of baicalin was 0.10 - 1.22 μg （ r = 0. 999 9）, the average recovery was 99.1%, RSD 1.7 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion. The method is convenient,accurate,it can be used for determination of baicalin in Fuyan kangfu Capsules. |
