摘    要:
目的 调查分析我国开展全科医师岗位培训的现状,并对存在问题及相应的对策进行探讨,指导岗位培训地进一步开展和规范化。方法 对全国12个省市(北京、上海、天津、湖南、湖北、江西、河北、甘肃、安徽、黑龙江、辽宁、福建)负责全科医师岗位培训部门(如全科医学培训中心或卫生厅)进行问卷调查,并用SPSS10.0对结果进行统计分析。结果 各地开展培训情况各不相同,培训课时平均为574学时,以理论培训为主,实习课时占总课时的18.2%;考核方式以理论考核为主;经过全科培训的师资占总师资的24.0%;开展培训主要困难为经费问题、领导重视不够、师资缺乏等。结论 全科医师岗位培训的课程设置、考核、师资培养需要进一步规范化,合理化,政府部门应加强培训经费的投入,转变政府职能。

Abstract:
Objective In order to survey and analyze the developing situation of the position training of general practioners in our country, and to explore the existing problems and resolutions, and make position training further develop and standardize.Methods We use identical questionnaires to investigate the departments which carried out position training (for example, the training center of general practice or training office of health bureau) in 12 provinces, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Hebei, Gansu, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Fujian in China. The data were analyzed by SPSS10.0.Results The situations were different in every province. The average hours of training were 574, the theoretical training was the main course, and practicing hours occupied 18.17% ; the main test method was theoretical examination; The teachers who have taken part in the qualified training were only 24% of total amount. The main difficulties in developing training included lacking of capital and the attention of leaders, deficiency of qualified teachers, et al. Conclusion The curriculum arrangement, tests and teacher training in position training need to be further standardized and rationalized. The administration should invest more for training and change the function of administration.
