重复异位妊娠22例临床分析

目的 分析重复异位妊娠的病因及发病特点,探讨其临床特征及防治措施.方法 对1999年以来519例异位妊娠患者中的22例重复异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析.结果 22例重复异位妊娠患者全部为输卵管妊娠（100%）,重复异位妊娠病灶位于同侧输卵管者9例（40.91%）,其中2例（9.99%）为第三次异位妊娠,重复异位妊娠发生率为4.24%,其误诊率为22.72%（5/22）,多数误诊为流产;22例患者中4例行保守治疗,18例行手术治疗.结论 炎症是重复异位妊娠最常见的病因,重复异位妊娠的临床特征、治疗方法与异位妊娠相似,减少盆腔炎的发生是降低重复异位妊娠发生率的关键.

Clinical analysis of repeated ectopic pregnancy

Objective To discuss the cause,treatment andprophylactics of the repeated ectopic pregnancy(REP).Methods The clinical datas of the first time ectopic pregnancy of 22 cases with repeated ectopic pregnancy were analysed,the following factors were measured:age at onset of disease,gravidity,parity,intraperitoneal bleeding,types of ectopic preganncy,methods of therapy and inflammation condition of fallopian tube.Results All the REP were fallopian pregnancies(100%),9 of the REP ocurred in the same fallopian tube(40.91%),2 of which were followed by two privious ectopic pregancy(9.99%).The occurence rate of REP was 4.24%,5 cases were misdiagnosed(22.72%).3 were diagnosed abortion.18 of the 22 cases of REP were treated by surgery,4 were treated by consermative medical therapy.Conclusion Inflammation is the primary cause of ectopic pregnancy.The clincal feature and treatment of REP is same as ectopic pregancy.Decreasing the ocurrence of pelvic inflammsatitis is the key to reduce the occurence of REP.
