胸部创伤X线和CT评价

目的:探讨胸部创伤X线与CT诊断价值。方法:回顾分析81例胸部创伤X线平片和CT征象。结果:肺挫裂伤53例,肺不张6例,肋骨骨折合并气胸32例,胸腔积血29例,纵隔和皮下气肿25例,支气管断裂3例,创伤性膈疝2例。结论:CT能明确创伤病变的部位、性质,程度,敏感性和准确性高,检查速度快,可减少对患者的搬动,对危重及复合伤患者应首选CT检查。

X-ray CT Value of Chest Trauma

Objective To detect the diagnostic value of X-ray CT in thoracic trauma.Methods CT and X-ray film date of 81 cases of thoracic trauma were analyzed.Results The CT scans showed that contusion of lung was in 53 cases.Atelectasis was in 6 cases.complications included fracture complicated pneumothorax in 32 cases,hemothorax 29,subcutaneous and mediastinal emphysema 25,bronchial rupture 3,diaphragmaticinjury 2.Conclusion CT can correetly make the diagnosis of position,character and degree of traumatic lesions,CT has highly sensitive and specificity for the patients with dangerous and complica tedtrauma,CT scan can be rapidly perfomad and patients may be removed little,therefore,it is the first selectedmethod.
