| 摘 要： | 目的 观察癌基因Stat3及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达情况,并分析其在非小细胞肺癌发生发展中的作用.方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例NSCLC中Stat3蛋白及PCNA蛋白的表达.结果 45例NSCLC中32例Stat3蛋白阳性表达,阳性表达率为71.1%,NSCLC不同组织学分级、有无淋巴结转移Stat3的表达差异有显著性(P＜0.05),肿瘤不同大小及不同组织学分型间表达差异无显著性(P＞0.05);Stat3与PCNA蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.531,P＜0.01).结论 Stat3在NSCLC中异常表达,促进细胞增殖,Stat3可能促进NSCIC侵袭和转移.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of STAT3 and PCNA in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and analyze their relationships with carcinogenesis and progression of NSCLC.Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of STAT3,and PCNA in 45 cases of NSCLC.Results The positive rate of Stat3 was 71.1% in NSCLC.The expression intensity of Stat3 was not associated with different tumor sizes and histological type,but it was associated with the expression intensity of PCNA(r=0.531,P<0.01)and it was related to histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Stat3 is abnormal in NSCLC.Stat3 may accelerate proliferation of NSCLC,it may play an important role in generation of NSCLC. |
