桂西壮族健康成年人血液流变特性的调查研究及参考值的建立

目的分别测定桂西壮族不同年龄组1312名健康成年人（其中男性675名，女性637名）的血液流变学指标，初步分析桂西壮族健康成年人血液流变学特性，建立桂西健康成年人各年龄组的血液流变学正常参范围。方法用R80血液流变仪检测桂西壮族健康成年人1312例的血液流变学各项指标并统计，并与与仪器所提供的参考值作比较。结果不同年龄组间多项血液流变指标有显著性差异（P〈0．05），同年龄不同性别之间全血粘度（30s^-1，5s^-1，1s^-1）等多项血液流变指标亦有显著差异（P〈0．05），多项指标参考范围与仪器随带的正常参考范围有较大差异。结论分别统计不同区域、不同年龄、不同性别的参考值更能确切反应血液流变学指标的变化，对疾病的早期预防、诊断、治疗和预后更有参考价值。

Study of Hemorheology in Healthy Adult Zhuang nationality And The Reference value

Objective To study the changing patterns of hemorheology of 1312 （675males and 637females） healthy adult Zhuang nationality,Set up the hemorheology reference value in healthy adult of Gui-Xi Zhuang nationality. Methods Using RSOA viscometer assays indexes of 1312 healthy adult Zhuang nationality.And compares with the normal reference value of the instrument. Results The low（5 s^-1,1^s-1）and the high（30s^-1） shear of blood viscosity etc target in the group of the male were significantly higher than the group of the rence value of the instrument. Conclusion Different areas should have different hemorheological reference, which is most important for early prevent, therapeutic effect and prognosis of disease.
