克林霉素致过敏性休克37例文献分析

目的探讨克林霉素致过敏性休克的一般规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法选择1996-2006年国内医药学术期刊报道的有关克林霉素致过敏性休克的病例,并对其年龄、性别、过敏史、原患疾病、用药情况及过敏性休克发生时间等进行统计分析。结果10年内国内公开报道的克林霉素致过敏性休克共37例,其中死亡3例。结论使用克林霉素时,应详细询问患者有无过敏史、原患疾病,控制好药物的用量、滴注速度,并做好发生过敏性休克的抢救准备。

Literature analysis of anaphylactic shock induced by clindamycin injection

Objective To discuss the regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by clindamycin injection, and provide the reference for the drug use. Methods The reports of clindamycin-induced anaphylactic shock from 1996 to 2006 were chose, and the age, sex, history of anaphyiactic disease, original disease, drug use and the time of anaphylactic shock were analyzed. Results There were thirty-seven cases of anaphylactic shock induced by clindamycin in China, and three of them were dead. Conclusion When clindamycin axe used, the patients, history of anaphylactic disease, original disease should be asked, and we must control the dosage and the dropping rate of drug, and prepare the salvage for anaphylacitic shock.
