甲状腺癌中p16和Rb蛋白表达及其意义

目的 探讨甲状腺癌中p16和Rb蛋白的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例甲状腺癌患者组织中p16和Rb蛋白的表达情况。结果 p16和Rb总异常表达率，甲状腺腺瘤为12．5％；80例甲状腺癌中，低度恶性组为66．7％，高度恶性组为87．O％。p16阳性率，低度恶性组为64．9％(37／57)；高度恶性组为34．8％(8／23)。Rb阳性率，低度恶性组为68．4％(39／57)；高度恶性组39．1％(9／23)；癌组织分化越差，p16及Rb阳性率越低。P16和Rb蛋白均阳性的肿瘤术后复发转移率低。结论 甲状腺癌的发生发展与p16和Rb蛋白缺失有关：瘤组织分化程度越差，p16和Rb蛋白丢失越多；p16和Rb蛋白均阳性的肿瘤术后复发率转移率低p16和Rb蛋白的表达具有负相关关系，二者共同作用才能阻止瘤细胞的增殖。

The significanc of p16 and Rb protein expression in thyroid carcinoma

Objectiue To study the expression of p16 and Rb proteins expression in thyroid carcinoma.Methods The expression of the two proteins was investigated by SP immunohistochemical technique in 80cases of thyroid carcinoma. Results The total abnormality rate of p16 and Rb protein ,in thyroidadenomas was 12.5%, in low malignance thyroid carcinoma was 66.7%, in high malignance thyroid carcinomawas 87.0%. The positive rates of p16 and Rb protein,in low malignance were 64. 9%(37/57),68.4%(39/57):in high malignance were 34. 8% (8/23), 39.1%(9/23).Higher rates of loss of p16 and Rb protein wereobserved in thyroid carcinoma than in thyroid adenomas. Conclusions (1)The loss of p16 and Rbprotein is highly related to the pathogenesis of thyroid carcinoma.(2) The lower- differentiated oftumor, the higher rates of loss of p16 and Rb protein (3) The low rates of recurrence or transfers wereobserved in groups which p16 and Rb protein were all positive. (4) Exepression of p16 inversely relatedto Rb protein.
