| Abstract: | Preparation and application of enzyme immobilized on chitosan used as the carrier of various biologic macromolecules are summarized, especially in the fields of medical treatment, biochemical analysis and environmental protection, etc. The physicochemical performances of immobilized enzyme can be improved by cross_linking of chitosan which is widely used to treat chitosan. In addition, kinetic research on cross_linking reaction of chitosan with glutaraldehyde is also discussed in this paper. |
