消化道出血DSA诊疗中影响图像质量因素的研究

目的研究数字减影血管造影（DSA）在消化道出血诊疗中影响图像质量的因素。方法使用日本日立公司DFA-100数字减影血管造影机对36例消化道出血的病人行腹腔动脉、肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉DSA检查，根据不同部位及需要对各种参数调节设定，使得到最佳图像，利于临床诊疗。结果36例病人中31例获得满意图像，明确了出血部位及原因，并行介入治疗，成功止血。5例未见阳性征象。结论消化道出血DSA诊疗中，DSA技术参数的合理设定是获得优质图像的关键，是介入诊疗的基础。

To study factors influencing DSA image quality in gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective: To study the factors which may influence the DSA image quality in the examination of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods: Celiac,superior and inferior mesenteric arteries DSA were examined by HITACHI DFA-100 DSA.Technical data according to site and needing were adjusted,and better DSA image could be obtained.Results: 31 satisfied DSA images were obtained among 36,the bleeding site and cause were indentified,and the hemorrhage was successfully stopped through interventional therapy.Positive symtoms were not seen in 5 cases.Conclusion: Reasonable setting DSA technical data is the key to obtaining better image and the base of interventional examination in the DSA examination of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
