| 摘 要： | 药物代谢存在着性别差异,性别差异如何影响药物代谢?机制如何?目前国内外均没有完整系统的结论。性别差异主要在于性激素的不同,雌二醇是雌激素的主要活性成份,阐明雌二醇对肝细胞药物代谢相关基因的影响,可以解释性别差异导致药物代谢差别的原因,从而能提高妇女及肝病患者的用药安全性。该文重点阐述了雌激素对药物代谢酶的影响以及与核受体的联系。
