结肠镜单人操作460例体会

目的总结结肠镜单人操作法的技巧。方法对2008年6月～2010年12月460例的操作资料进行总结分析。结果结肠镜单人操作检查及治疗成功450例,成功率97.39%,到达回盲部时间为3～30 min,进境长度一般为60～80 cm,少数达到120 cm,检查和治疗均无1例并发症。结论结肠镜单人操作技术安全,成功率高,操作者自我可控性操作方面有优势,患者痛苦小。

Clinical analysis of single operated colonoscopy in 460 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical application of the technique of single operated colonoscopy.Methods Data of 460 patients who were examined and treated with the technique of one-man colonoscopy from June 2008 to December 2010 were analyzed.Results 450 patients were successfully examined and treated with one-man colonoscopy.The rate of success was 97.39%.Three to thirty minutes were used for reaching ileocecum.The length of the scope reaching to the cecum was approximately 60 to 80 centimeters,with exceptional 120 centimeters in a few cases.The patients who were examined and treated had no complications.Conclusion Single operated colonoscopy is not only safe,but also has a high success rate.Operators have an advantage of conducting on their own,which reduces patients＇ pain.
