奥曲肽对晚期消化道肿瘤的辅助治疗作用临床观察

目的观察奥曲肽（OCT）联合消化道肿瘤常规化疗方案治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法48例晚期消化道肿瘤患者随机分为2组：治疗组26例，采用OCT联合消化道肿瘤常规化疗方案化疗；对照组22例，采用消化道肿瘤常规化疗方案化疗至少用药2周期，对骨髓的抑制程度、生存质量及不良反应情况进行观察。结果两组在白细胞下降发生率以及Ⅲ、Ⅳ度抑制发生率差异有显著性（P〈0.01）；在生存质量变化上差异有显著性。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论奥曲肽（OCT）联合消化道肿瘤常规化疗方案治疗可提高晚期消化道肿瘤疗效，不良反应可耐受。

Clinical Observation of Octreotide in Patients with Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer Adjuvant Therapy

Objective To observe the effect of octreotide （OCT）clinical efficacy and safety of combined with digestive tract tumor chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 48 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：the treatment group of 26 cases, treated with OCT combined with conventional chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor;22 cases in the control group, the digestive tracttumor chemotherapy drugs chemotherapy at least 2 cycle, depression, quality of life and adverse reactions were observed in bone marrow. Results Two groups in the decrease of white blood cells and incidence ofⅢ,Ⅳdegree inhibitionrate had signiifcant difference （P〈0.01）;there were signiifcant differences in the changes of quality of life. There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Octreotide （OCT） combined with digestive tract tumor chemotherapy on advanced gastrointestinal cancer efifcacy, adverse reactions can be tolerated.
