针刺、艾灸、针加灸对肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统、心钠素含量影响的比较研究

以二肾一夹型高血压大鼠为观察对象,分别采用针刺、艾灸、针加灸治疗,观察三种治疗方法的降压效果及对肾素－血管紧张素－醛固酮系统、心钠素含量的影响。实验结果表明：三种治疗方法对血压及肾素－血管紧张素－醛固酮系统、心钠素含量均有一定的影响,但三的作用存在一定的差异,针加灸的作用最强,针刺次之,艾灸的作用较强。

Comparison of Effects of Different Acupuncture-moxibustion Methods on Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System(RAAS)and Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide(ANF)

Different acupuncture-moxibustion methods, simple acupuncture, moxibustion and acupuncture plus moxibustion were used for treatment of the rats of hypertension. Results indicated that different treatment methods had different effects on the contents of RAAS and ANF. Three methods all had good function of reducing blood pressure and reducing the content of renin, angiotensin and ANF. Acupuncture plus moxibustion group had better effect than simple acupuncture group and moxibustion group.Three methods all had good function of reducing the content of aldosterone. Acupuncture plus moxibustion group and moxibustion group had better effect than simple acupuncture group. It is suggested that the different treatment methods can influence the efficacy to a certain extent.
